When our bodies are in pain or our systems (i.e. digestive, reproductive) are dysregulated, it can be very easy to feel adversarial towards our own bodies: “Why aren’t you working right?!” or “Why are you making me suffer?”   

However, when we judge or fight against our own bodies, it will not create an internal ecosystem for healing. 

When we offer curiosity and compassion to our discomforts and dysregulations, then we can be in partnership with our bodies and learn what they need.

Sometimes (or many times) there can be dead-ends or mis-routings, but nonetheless, our bodies will open up and send messages or feedback when we approach them with curiosity and care.
